FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN INCREASING THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES

This article explores international best practices aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of joint-stock companies (JSCs) and evaluates their applicability in the context of Uzbekistan. By analyzing experiences from advanced economies such as the United States, Germany, and Singapore, this study identifies policy frameworks, governance standards, and disclosure mechanisms that significantly enhance investor confidence. The research incorporates statistical comparisons of FDI inflows and capital market development indicators between Uzbekistan and benchmark countries. The methodology involves both qualitative content analysis and quantitative trend modeling. The paper concludes with strategic recommendations tailored for Uzbekistan’s evolving corporate governance landscape.
