It examines the current state of constitutional reforms and their alignment with global trends in governance, human rights, and socio-economic development. The paper also evaluates whether the Constitution serves as an effective tool for empowering young people, fostering their participation in political, economic, and social spheres. By addressing the challenges and opportunities posed by Uzbekistan's constitutional reforms, this study highlights the prospects for creating a more inclusive and sustainable future, emphasizing the role of youth as agents of change in constitutional democracy.
