IMPROVEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF FORENSIC ACCOUNTING EXPERTISE INVESTIGATION OF LABOR AND PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

The article analyzes the issues of improving the organizational and methodological support of forensic accounting expertise of labor and remuneration transactions. Forensic accounting expertise is one of the important types of economic expertise, which plays an important role in analyzing accounting processes in accounting documents, identifying economic and professional crimes, such as embezzlement of state property. The article considers the problems that arise in the process of forensic accounting expertise of labor remuneration transactions, existing methodological approaches and ways to improve them. Also, recommendations are given to improve the effectiveness of forensic accounting expertise based on the characteristics of the labor remuneration system in the Republic of Uzbekistan and statistical data.
