MANAGEMENT OF THE INNOVATION ENVIRONMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE GREEN ECONOMY

The article analyzes the impact of the development of the digitalization process on the innovative environment. In the context of the rapid development of modern technologies and the implementation of planned transformations, innovative strategies are being developed, quality and effective management are being implemented. The study examines the possibilities of introducing new management models based on information and communication technologies, computer platforms and artificial intelligence in the management of the innovative environment. The article provides practical recommendations for adjusting innovative management for digitalization.
