FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS IMPLEMENTED AT ENTERPRISES

This article analyzes foreign experiences and practices aimed at enhancing the efficiency of investment project management within enterprises, with specific reference to the context of Uzbekistan. Given Uzbekistan’s ongoing economic transformation and increased emphasis on attracting foreign investment, understanding global best practices becomes essential. The paper provides a detailed analysis of successful strategies from various countries, highlighting methods such as advanced risk management, digital project management tools, integrated financial analytics, and institutional reforms. Using quantitative and qualitative research methods, the study assesses the applicability of these practices to Uzbek enterprises, identifying potential improvements and forecasting enhanced economic outcomes.
