Abstract

The implementation of Human Resource Analytics (HRA) is transforming how organizations approach employee performance and retention. This paper investigates the potential of HRA tools in Uzbekistan, a country currently undergoing structural economic reforms and digital transformation. By leveraging data-driven decision-making in HR practices, organizations can identify performance trends, predict attrition risks, and tailor employee engagement strategies. This study combines quantitative surveys of HR departments in Uzbekistan and qualitative interviews with industry professionals to assess the current adoption level and effectiveness of HRA. Results indicate a significant correlation between HRA implementation and key performance metrics, including employee retention and productivity. Recommendations are provided for wider adoption of HRA in both public and private sectors.
