This article explores the methodological foundations of teaching Uzbek as a foreign language through online platforms, highlighting instructional approaches enabled by modern technologies and evaluating their effectiveness. The author analyzes the advantages and challenges of online education, offering evidence-based recommendations for effective teaching strategies. The study reveals that learning materials enriched with contemporary digital tools, designed to be interactive and culturally contextualized, significantly enhance the teaching and learning of the Uzbek language. The article may serve as a valuable resource for linguists, Uzbek language instructors, and specialists in online education.
