This study examines the challenges and opportunities of managing a multicultural workforce in Uzbekistan through effective human resources (HR) strategies that promote workplace diversity and inclusion. Grounded in both theoretical frameworks and empirical data, the research employs mixed methods—including surveys, in-depth interviews, and document analysis—to investigate how culturally responsive HR practices can improve organizational performance, employee satisfaction, and innovation. The findings reveal that organizations implementing diversity-oriented practices witness not only enhanced creative problem solving but also improvements in talent attraction and retention. Policy recommendations are provided for Uzbek organizations and the government to further embed diversity and inclusion principles across all sectors.
