This article examines the management strategies crucial for enhancing the economic and financial performance of investment projects in Uzbekistan. Given Uzbekistan's significant economic reforms and its strategic goal of becoming an upper-middle-income nation by 2030, optimizing investment project performance is essential. Through a detailed statistical analysis and case studies of key sectors such as agriculture, textiles, and infrastructure, the paper explores current management practices, identifies barriers to efficient financial performance, and proposes strategies for improved economic outcomes. The study incorporates international benchmarks and presents predictive models indicating potential growth trajectories under optimized management practices.
