This article analyzes the role and socio-economic importance of small business and private entrepreneurship in ensuring employment in the labor market. Small business and private entrepreneurship are important tools for sustainable economic development, creating new jobs, increasing household income, and boosting economic activity in regions. The article also highlights state incentives, financial support mechanisms, existing challenges, and proposals for overcoming them in this sector.
